City of Manukau Education Trust (COMET) focuses on connecting families, business and community to learning opportunities. COMET’s mission is “transforming the social and economic landscape of Auckland through education”.

Highbrook Park trust is responsible for the acquisition, development and maintenance of a 40 hectare park adjacent to the Highbrook business park in Pakuranga. The park is due to rest in the Council in 2015 when the trust will be wound up.

Manukau Beautification Charitable Trust is responsible for promoting, supporting and undertaking actions to beautify Manukau’s urban and rural environment, including eradicating graffiti, providing education and assisting with enforcement of graffiti legislation.
