The Auckland Council Harbourmaster has declared an area be reserved as an access lane in the location described below, and shown in the diagram. This declaration moves the access lane, described in Schedule 7.1.6 of the Navigation Safety Bylaw 2008, approximately 200 metres south.

Manukau Harbour, Cornwallis Beach - The sea area extending eastwards at right angles from a line between the black and orange horizontally striped poles on the foreshore, seawards to the outermost orange and black buoys located at approximately:

(i) 37° 00.387 minutes south latitude, and 174° 36.372 minutes east longitude
(ii) 37° 00.336 minutes south latitude, and 174° 36.377 minutes east longitude
