Additions to Group C (Trees) of Schedule 8A (Historic Buildings, Structures, Trees and Areas)

  • Proposed plan change 39 seeks to add 222 significant individual and groups of trees over 191 sites to Group C of Schedule 8A of the District Plan. This will give these items the level of protection afforded by the existing heritage provisions of the District Plan in Part 8 - Cultural Heritage, to ensure a continual representation of the most significant individual and groups of trees in the Franklin area.
