The REAL Women's Series events consist of a 3.5km run/walk-10km cycle-1.5km run/walk duathlon, or a 5km run/walk
The REAL Women's Series 2012 season promises to be bigger, brighter and better than ever with more choices, more incentive and more fun to participate in with friends and whanau.
You don't have to be super-fit to take part in the events. It's all about the journey to REAL - regular exercise, active lives.
