Auckland Council’s new State of Auckland report cards provide up-to-date information on Auckland’s environment and people.

The report cards summarise the state and quality of Auckland’s land, air, waterways, coast and sea, as well as the region’s demographics and how Aucklanders rank their quality of life.

Auckland Council has more than 1000 environmental monitoring sites around the region, which help us track changes in the environment and make improvements where they are needed.
