Area plans

Three Kings Plan (formerly the Three Kings Precinct Plan)

The Puketāpapa Local Board endorsed the final version of the Three Kings Plan at their business meeting on 28 August 2014.

Some changes to the draft presented by staff were made via resolution, and the final version is now available. A limited number of hard copies are also available at the Puketāpapa Local Board office.

Scope and limitations

The Three Kings Plan is a non-statutory document that provides strategic guidance about how the area should develop to achieve long-term aspirational outcomes.

The plan also identifies specific actions and projects that can be undertaken by the local board to facilitate the outcomes.

Rules or development standards applying to individual private sites are determined through the operative Isthmus District Plan, or the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan. These are not within the scope of this document.
