On 12 March 2026, the Independent Hearings Panel made the submissions on Plan Change 120: Housing Intensification and Resilience (PC 120) publicly available on its webpage for information purposes only.

The Summary of Decisions Requested is currently being prepared by Auckland Council. We cannot yet accept further submissions on Plan Change 120 until the Summary of Decisions Requested document is publicly notified and published on this website. We expect this to happen on 14 May 2026.
