At Alert Level 3: Step 1 you can travel throughout Auckland for exercise and recreation outdoors. Our early childhood centres are open for enrolled children only.

Customer-facing facilities like leisure centres, community venues, customer service centres and libraries will remain closed until further notice. Essential services will continue.

Wear a face covering, use the NZ COVID Tracer app, maintain a 2m physical distance, wash your hands, and stay home if you are sick.

Situated in a refurbished fire station, Papakura Art Gallery hosts a diverse programme of contemporary art exhibitions by local, national and international artists.

It also:

  • offers opportunities to emerging curators
  • supports local culture and community development through projects and events connected to exhibitions
  • fosters partnerships with arts organisations such as Tautai Contemporary Pacific Arts Trust and tertiary establishments.

Papakura Art Gallery is an Auckland Council arts facility, supported by the Papakura Local Board.

Wednesday, 10am to 4pm

Thursday, 10am to 5pm

Friday, 10am to 4pm

Saturday, 10am to 2pm

Closed on public holidays.
