Regional parks accommodation

Status: Open

Our regional parks campgrounds, baches, lodges, tiny home and SCC campgrounds are open.

If you’re staying in a bach, lodge or the tiny home you will need to vacate the property by 10am as we have increased our cleaning frequency.

If you’re camping, select a location that will maintain a good distance between other campers. Bring your own hygiene provisions to wipe down shared facilities and sanitiser for general use. Toilets will have soap or sanitiser.

Regional parks accommodation will not require vaccine passes. We encourage you to follow the guidelines on physical distancing, face covering and other measures to remain safe. This is due to the self-service nature of the accommodation and the small number of people in the same space.

Customers wishing to cancel or amend can do so online via their MyAuckland accounts. We have temporarily suspended the 5-day prior refund and amendment rules which means you can now have a full booking refund or reschedule to another date (excluding bank transaction fees).

Customers who are booked to stay with us should have received an email update. Email regionalparks@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz if you haven’t received this update.

Visit covid19.govt.nz for information on physical distancing and face coverings.
