Rubbish and recycling

Updates to Auckland Council rubbish and recycling services during COVID-19 Orange setting.

Community Recycling Centres

Status: Open

Waiuku, Rustybrook, Devonport, Whangaparāroa, Waitākere (Tipping Point), Anamata and Helensville Community Refuse and Recycling Centres are open.

Everyone aged 12 years and three months or older will need a My Vaccine pass to enter the Waitākere (Tipping Point) Community Recycling Centre. Have your vaccine pass ready to show the team each time you visit.

Waiheke Community Resource Recovery Park, Claris Landfill and Waitākere Refuse and Recycling Transfer Station are open.
