Property rates and valuations

Updates to Auckland Council property rates during COVID-19 Orange setting.

Rates payments

Status: Online payments

Contact us if you are having problems with paying your rates.

You may meet the criteria and can apply for the residential rates postponement scheme. You can apply for this if you are in need of financial assistance. This scheme is our standard rates postponement scheme.

You may also qualify for the government's rates rebate which will cover some of your rates.

We also offer flexible payment options.
