Candidate profile statement
My principal place of residence is in the WLT - Ward 4 (Henderson) area.
I've lived in Henderson area for decades and feel the need to act and use my skills to make our community a better place.
I've spent my life in business and government roles, working with Government, business, and community groups. I feel that with my skills and passion, I can ensure the Trusts will continue to be a valued community asset.
To do this, we need a responsible level of liquor stores and locations to minimise social harm. As a large employer, the Trusts needs to be a leader in our community, guaranteeing employment opportunities and optimal working conditions. The Trusts needs to increase annual fund allocation to our wider community groups.
We need the Trusts to contribute to Henderson town centre revitalisation. We can do this with venues and eateries with a good choice range that cater for diverse needs and family friendly.
