What the Council-Controlled Organisation Direction and Oversight Committee does

This committee deals with the oversight and direction of all council- controlled organisations (CCO) except Auckland Transport.

This committee's responsibilities include:

setting policy relating to CCO governance
approve CCOs' Statements of Intent
track CCO performance
advise the mayor.
