Eastern Busway
The Panmure to Pakūranga section of the busway opened in 2021. Auckland Transport is now working on the next stage, from Pakūranga to Botany.

Community facilities in Flat Bush
Plans are underway in Ormiston Town Centre to build:
- a new library
- a community space
- an aquatic centre.
Funding of $83 million has been confirmed for the new library and aquatic centre.
We will open a temporary library in Ormiston Town Centre in January 2026.
