This short guide explains how you can use the old 'Agendas and minutes' website and where you can find past agendas and minutes for Governing Body and local board meetings held between 2010 and 2025.
How to use the old 'Agendas and Minutes' website
Filter what you can see
To access a different list of documents, use the dropdown menus to select the year, month and meeting you need and then select the 'View' button.
The published documents are represented by the hyperlinks (the blue names of documents) in the Agenda, Attachments, Minutes, and Minutes Attachments columns.
We publish documents in both HTML and PDF (Adobe Acrobat) formats.
Use the navigation pane in Adobe Acrobat reader
If you save the PDF agenda or minutes to your computer and open them in Adobe Reader instead of in your browser, you can access the document’s bookmarks.
Select the links to navigate through the document.
Use the navigation pane in HTML documents
Make sure the bookmarks are showing for the document.
There are several hyperlinks for most sections of the document, including:
- Recommendation
- Minute
- Attachments
The recommendation, attachment and minute links allow you to move to those parts of the agenda as well as to additional documents.
Search across all documents
Use the search box to find any published document, even if it is not in the list.
You can type in a single word or a phrase.
Once you have typed in the word or phrase you are looking for, press enter.
The results will appear in a list:
This search found the word 'storm' in 1135 documents. Select the hyperlinks to open the documents.
