This short guide explains how you can use the new 'Agendas and minutes' website to find agendas and minutes for Governing Body and local board meetings held between November 2025 to October 2028.
The 'Current Meetings' tab shows all upcoming meetings.
Meetings are ordered by date, beginning with the earliest. After a meeting is held, its documents move to the 'Previous Meetings' tab.
4. To access the agenda, select the 'Agenda' tab.
5. For the full agenda and attachments, select the 'Packet' tab.
We publish documents in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) formats.
6) Each agenda item is bookmarked - select an item to go straight to that section.
7) Save the PDF to your computer and open it with Adobe Reader (not your browser) to access the bookmarks. Select the links to navigate through the document.
The 'Previous Meetings' tab displays all past meetings.
After a meeting ends, it automatically moves from the 'Upcoming Meetings' tab to the 'Previous Meetings' tab.
Meetings are added to this section as they happen.
If you search all past meetings, it will display the most recent meeting first.
You can also use the search function to find items on the 'Agendas and minutes' website.
Agendas and minutes from the 2010 to 2025 terms will be displayed, grouped by their election terms.
