resource management consultant
surveyor (in the case of subdivision applications)
engineer (Engineering NZ, ACENZ)
architect, architectural designer or landscape architect
licensed building practitioner for Restricted Building Work (RBW)
building companies or group home builders
arborist
archaeologist, heritage specialist, or other specialist advisor
lawyer.
