To prepare your application, you need to get help from a professional where appropriate:
- resource management consultant
- surveyor (in the case of subdivision applications)
- engineer (Engineering NZ, ACENZ)
- architect, architectural designer or landscape architect
- licensed building practitioner for Restricted Building Work (RBW)
- building companies or group home builders
- arborist
- archaeologist, heritage specialist, or other specialist advisor
- lawyer.
