Complete the relevant lodgement checklist and upload it with your application.
There is also a form to complete if you intend to provide producer statements during the construction phase of your project.
If you propose alternative products, plans or specifications, clearly mark them in the attachments section of your application form. Your application must still comply with the Building Code. We will assess any alternatives as part of the standard consent process, but additional assessment fees may apply.
At inspection, clearly reference approved alternative plans and specifications in the notes and link them to the relevant plans or products used. Visit Alternative products or plans and specifications for more information.
