Before you start
You do not need to notify us about plumbers, gas fitters or drain layers on this form. You will do this when you book your inspection.
You can submit details of up to six Licensed Building Practitioners (LBPs) on this the form.
Use this form to notify us of all LBPs who will be involved in carrying out or supervising any restricted building work (RBW) on your building project.
You can also use this form to update your LBP's details us if they have changed. For example, if an LBP ceases to be involved, or the work they will be doing changes.
Email RBWBC@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz with your completed form.
Our regulatory support team will processes your notification. We will contact you if there are any issues with the information you provide.
It may take us up to two working days to load the LBP information to your building consent file.
We will use the information you provide in this form for the purpose of your intended interaction with us, and we may use it for training purposes.
