How to track your consent application and pay an invoice

Track your online application 

Once we get your building or resource consent application you can track its progress. If you have applied online, you can monitor the progress of your application online by visiting Check the status of your application.

If you did not apply online, you can track your consent application by calling us on 09 301 0101. Have your consent number ready.

View your invoice 

You can view your final invoice on myAUCKLAND. Go to the Actions menu of the specific consent and then select View invoices and payments or View details.

How to pay a consent invoice

We send consent invoices at regular intervals for the work done to date. This helps customers keep informed on the cost of processing your application. For more information, see our interim billing update.

There are two ways to pay a resource or building consent invoice:

When you do not pay your invoice on time

We send reminder letters when your invoice is overdue. Depending on the value of the invoice, we also use the services of a third party company to call you. This is an automated call with a recorded message. The company is based in Hamilton and the number is 07 981 5623.
