This programme provides the opportunity to gather and process information on how market forces affect the farming economy and cause farming changes.
Students learn:
- the effects of genetic breeding on animals
- what dominant and recessive alleles Versions of a gene. are
- how to identify different breeds of sheep and cattle.
They also examine the properties and use of different types of wool.
