Application details
The construction of two new warehouses (each being 2,000m2 in floor area), and associated earthworks within the Future Urban Zone to provide for a vehicle dismantling and storage activity.
The proposal involves establishing 2.315ha of impervious surfaces, comprising of both the warehouse buildings and the gravel storage yard where vehicles will be stored.
Earthworks over an area of 26,255m2 with a total volume of 23,248m3 are proposed to create level building platforms and storage areas. This will require the construction of retaining walls of up to 2.5m in height on the eastern boundary and 2.3m in height along the western boundary.
