To construct two new buildings, being a two-storey dwelling on each of vacant sites at 22 and 22A Summit Drive, Mount Albert. The proposal requires resource consent for:
- Buildings on a site subject to the outstanding natural features overlay; height
- sensitive areas overlay; and special character areas overlays
- Earthworks
- Construction noise
- Infringements to standards relating to transport, height in relation to boundary, yards
- and fencing
- Flooding
Overall, the proposal is a Non-complying activity.
