To construct two new buildings, being a two-storey dwelling on each of vacant sites at 22 and 22A Summit Drive, Mount Albert. The proposal requires resource consent for:

• Buildings on a site subject to the outstanding natural features overlay; height
• sensitive areas overlay; and special character areas overlays
• Earthworks
• Construction noise
• Infringements to standards relating to transport, height in relation to boundary, yards
• and fencing
• Flooding

Overall, the proposal is a Non-complying activity.
