Details of the proposed activity

To operate a top-soil screening, construction waste recycling and construction storage yard activity across part of the subject site. The proposed activity requires consent for earthworks, vegetation clearance, noise, hazardous substances, industrial trade activities as well as stormwater and air discharges. Consent is sought to operate the activity for five years with an additional year at the conclusion of the operation to remediate the site.
