Contacting the panel
No person should attempt to communicate directly with the panel or any member of the panel except during a hearing session.
All communications to the panel can be sent to them by email, including:
- all general inquiries
- procedural requests
- documents to be provided.
If you choose to deliver or mail any communications, email the support team at pc120hearings@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz, who will aim to collect it.
Any communications, requests or documents sent to the panel will be:
- treated as official information
- publicly available unless there is a good reason to withhold it.
The panel can decide to post these communications, requests or documents on this website.
The panel will email or call you if they need more information.
