We will publish templates in March which you can use to form your evidence. They will include guidelines on how to use these templates.

Friend of Submitter service
The Friend of Submitter is a free, independent advisory service to help people understand and participate in the PC 120 process. This does not include legal advice.
We will continue to provide this service during the hearing process.

- Explain the hearings process.
- Advise on how to lodge submissions.
- Help you to express your views.
- Guidance on what happens after the hearings process.

Interpreters
We can arrange New Zealand Sign Language and Te Reo Māori interpreters for hearings. You will need to inform us 15 working days before the hearing if you need an interpreter. Email pc120hearings@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz if you need an interpreter.
Copies of notified PC 120
Email unitaryplan@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz to request word documents or copies of notified PC120 chapters and provisions.
Independent Hearings Panel contact details
