Auckland Council invites expression of interest applications from community groups interested in leasing the space at 50A Rosebank Road, Avondale.
The available space is a building with an area of approximately 104.8m². The area provides an office space equipped with basic amenities, including a kitchenette, toilet facilities, and an outdoor patio.
The building is easily accessible from the main Rosebank Road and is surrounded by other commercial businesses. Please note that the most recent renovation works on this building were completed in 2015.
To be eligible to apply, please ensure the following:
- Your organisation must be an incorporated society or registered charitable trust and fit the criteria in the Auckland Council Community Occupancy Guidelines 2012, Updated July 2023;
- Applicants must be able to specify how their community activities align with the objectives of the Whau Local Board Plan 2023 and demonstrate how the local communities would be benefited from these community activities; and
- We also require applicants to provide details of their financial commitments and overall financial standing to demonstrate their ability to support the proposed lease term of five years plus a further five year right of renewal, or a term that the Whau LB deems appropriate.
The space will be opened for viewing on Tuesday 12 May 2026 – to be confirmed.
