Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 342(1)(a) of the Local Government Act 1974 and the Tenth Schedule thereto the Auckland Council proposes to stop the road described in the schedule to this notice.

Description: 205m2 adjoining Part Lot 2 DP 458791 (RT 598060) and adjoining Section 2 SO 409229 (RT 409098); shown as Section 1 on SO Plan 409229 (Part River Terrace).
The road when stopped will be transferred to the adjoining owner and amalgamated with their land which is held in Record of Title 598060.
A copy of SO Plan 409229 is available for inspection at the office of the Auckland Council, 135 Albert Street, Auckland, (attention Legal Services or Kirstin Wakelin) during normal office hours, and will also be available at the Auckland Central Library, Lorne Street, Auckland (attention Gemma Bell-Catnott or Karina Balea-Raitz) during normal office hours. A copy of SO Plan 409229 may also be obtained by email request to legal.services@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz or kirstin.wakelin@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz.
