Your business site must be well constructed in accordance with the bylaws and with any applicable provisions of the Building Act 2004, the Resource Management Act 1991, the New Zealand Building Code and Building Regulations.
The business site must be constructed, designed and arranged to be fit and suitable for its intended purposes.
All business sites must have potable running water.
All parts of the business site must be adequately ventilated to the requirements of the New Zealand Building Code.
You must provide:
in a readily accessible position where any operator carries out any specified service.
You must ensure that the wash-hand basin cannot become directly contaminated by the splashing of contaminants from the cleaner’s sink.
Cover all mattresses, squabs and cushions used on any chair, bed, or table with permanent impervious covers, that you can easily clean.
Provide members of staff with a separate room or suitable facilities to store clothing and personal effects.
