Election signs can be placed in four types of locations:
- Private land: Signs placed on private property.
- Public road reserve: Signs on approved public land next to roads, such as road reserves.
- Public land: Signs on approved public land, such as local parks.
- Vehicle or trailer signs: Signs displayed on a vehicle or trailer.
The rules for displaying election signs at these locations are set out in clause 17 of the Signs Bylaw 2022.
