You can display portable signs in the city centre zone with some restrictions. Consideration must be given to pedestrian access, particularly visually-impaired people.

You can display free-standing signs in the city centre zone. Restrictions apply.

You can only use veranda signs on a premises in city centre zones to advertise products, services, goods or events taking place at the premises. You cannot put signs on top of a veranda in this zone.

You can display horizontal wall-mounted signs and flat wall-mounted signs on a premises in a city centre zone. Restrictions apply.

There are no size restrictions on window signs displayed in the city centre zone. You can display window signs in this zone on or within 15mm of the inside face of a window.
