This reserve sits on a volcanic landscape and is split into two sections by the entrance off Akarana Avenue.
On the right is a large open grassed area with established trees - perfect for a picnic or for the kids to kick a ball around. The Mount Roskill Kindergarten is at the top of the hill.
At the bottom of the driveway you will find a car park (with accessible parking) and a large playground reflecting the volcanic theme.
The reserve connects with Fearon Park, and this is where you'll find the nearest public toilets. A shared path cycleway runs the length of both areas.
Named after a long-serving Mt Roskill Borough councilor, the reserve has great city views.
