About Swanson Station Park

This neighbourhood park is by the Swanson Train Station, giving it its name.

The park provides a range of experiences, including a large children’s playground, basketball half-courts and a skatepark.

There are also two accessible toilets, a barbecue, seating areas and picnic spaces scattered throughout the park.

The centrally located Swanson Station Café encourages visitors to stay for extended periods at the park, experiencing all it has to offer.

Accessible features of the park

A wide concrete walkway runs the length of this park, connecting the play space and skatepark areas together, past the train station entrance. This route provides access to all features of the park, including the accessible toilets.

Accessible car parks are available at the main carpark. Trains and buses run from the station, making it very simple to access using public transport.
