Duck Park is a sports park located near central Glen Eden, tied closely to the neighbouring Harold Moody Reserve.
The park has lit sports fields and softball infrastructure. It also connects pedestrians from Duck Park out west towards Glendale Road.
The Waikumete Stream flows through the park, providing opportunities to connect with nature and to volunteer on the park as part of the Project Twin Streams network.
Harold Moody Reserve is located immediately adjacent to the park on the other side of the stream. The reserve has additional playing fields, netball courts, carparking, club facilities and a community hall and playspace.
You can access this park from Harold Moody Reserve, which has accessible carparking. The entrance off Captain Scott Road is steep and is not formally connected to the path network which ends after the Waikumete Stream bridge.
