Some online services – including MyAuckland – will be unavailable from 5pm on Friday 20 March to 8am on Monday 23 March, due to a system upgrade.
Please plan ahead or complete your online request after services return on Monday 23 March.
You have to pay the amount on your infringement notice within 28 days of the issue date, unless you write to us to dispute it.
If you do not dispute the fine or pay it on time, we lodge the infringement with the Ministry of Justice. They can enforce the fine and charge you extra costs.
