You can make unlimited changes to your booking(s) up to 11.59pm, two days before your date of arrival. You will not incur surcharge fees, except bank convenience fees.
If you change your booking within two days of your date of arrival, we charge an administration fee of 20 per cent of the full value of your booking.

If you cancel your booking(s) online up to 11.59pm, two days before your booking date you will get a full refund, minus bank convenience fees.
For example: if your booking date is 17 November, you need to cancel by 11.59pm on 14 November to receive a refund. Any cancellations after 11.59pm on 14 November will not be eligible for a refund.
We may consider a refund:
To apply for a refund email regionalparks@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz within five working days of the booking cancellation.
Refunds will be paid to the account used to make the booking.
We do not refund:
For all other products, we will meet our obligations under the relevant acts.
