Access into Duder Regional Park is a 5 minute walk. Discover this beautiful park with extensive views over the inner Tāmaki Straits.
There are cafes and shops at the nearby Clevedon and Maraetai villages.
Vector is installing underground power lines along Maraetai Coast Road. Work starts at the Umupuia end.
From December to March the road will be reduced to a single lane with Stop/Go signs in place. From March the road will be completely closed for around 3 months (weather permitting).
During the complete closure you will need to use alternate routes. To travel from Clevedon to Maraetai, Beachlands and Pine Harbour. - use Twilight or West roads, via Brookby and Whitford. When works permit, the road will open to pedestrians and cyclists on weekends.
Main park gates are open from 6am to 9pm during daylight savings hours and 6am to 7pm during non-daylight saving hours.

It is the first white house inside the gate. The gate has a combination lock and must be kept closed at all times. We will give you a combination code for the gate with your booking confirmation.

You must keep the house and surrounding site clean and tidy during your stay, and when you leave.
To protect against COVID-19 please clean all utensils, crockery and surfaces on your arrival and departure.
Rubbish bin in the house. No rubbish disposal facilities. Take all rubbish and recycling with you when you leave.
You may not stay in tents or camp in vehicles around the house.
Maximum of two permit holder vehicles permitted to park at the cottage.
