Designated sealed and grass parking area for NZS5465 certified self-contained (CSC) campervan or motorhome only located in the main car park.

Maximum of one vehicle per booking.

CSC vehicles can stay for one night in this designated parking area.

Directions and access

Main park gates are open from 6am to 9pm during daylight savings hours and 6am to 7pm during non-daylight saving hours.

From the main park access road follow CSC car parking signs to the southern car park area.

Bookings can only be made six months in advance. Availability refreshes at midnight daily.

    Your campsite must be clean and tidy during your stay, and when you leave.

  • Rubbish

    No bins or rubbish disposal facilities. Take all rubbish and recycling with you when you leave.

  • Overnight vehicles and tents

    You may stay in certified self-contained (CSC) vehicles at this site. It must have a current NZS5465 Certified Self-Containment Certificate from Ministry for the Environment.
    Motorhomes, campervans, caravans, 5 wheelers and buses must not be longer than 10m.
    You may not stay in tents or portable container dwellings.

  • Fires

    Fires prohibited at all times.
