The Southern Initiative (TSI) champions, stimulates and enables social and community innovation in south Auckland.

The Southern Initiative (TSI) was established in the Auckland Plan as an initiative to help solve some of South Auckland’s most pressing social and economic challenges.

It is supporting south Auckland to be a prosperous, resilient place where children and whānau thrive. This means experimenting with, learning about and delivering on what it takes to drive real socio-economic change.
