About the Development Contributions Policy 2025
This policy sets contribution charges for new developments applied for from 1 July 2025.
The Development Contributions Policy 2025 takes effect from 1 July 2025. Development Contributions Policy 2022 – Var A applies for new development applications lodged between 1 June 2023 and 30 June 2025.
The policy explains:
- how we will fund infrastructure for growth
- what assets the contribution charges will fund
- how we set development contribution charges.
