What our disclosure policy covers

This policy applies to:

Auckland Council
each substantive council-controlled organization, Port of Auckland Limited and City Rail Link Limited (each a council entity)
all councillors
all directors of council entities
all employees of Auckland Council and council entities.

What the disclosure policy does not cover

This policy does not address:

insider trading
market manipulation
disclosure of interest obligations
