What our disclosure policy covers
This policy applies to:
- Auckland Council
- each substantive council-controlled organization, Port of Auckland Limited and City Rail Link Limited (each a council entity)
- all councillors
- all directors of council entities
- all employees of Auckland Council and council entities.
What the disclosure policy does not cover
This policy does not address:
- insider trading
- market manipulation
- disclosure of interest obligations
