What the Group Business Case Policy does

The Group Business Case Policy provides clear information to ensure consistent business case practice and governance is applied across the Auckland Council group to achieve the best value for money.

This policy applies to all council-controlled organisations (CCOs) with the exception of Port of Auckland Limited.
