What Local Board Funding Policy is about
The Local Board Funding Policy provides foresight and certainty about the level of funding for local boards.
The funding policy sets a funding formula for:
- local board activities – all the services that are provided at a local level and are subject to decisions by the local boards
- administrative support – the governance costs of the local boards. We are required to describe the criteria or process for the allocation of non-dedicated (general purpose) funding that may be available for local activities.
