Once completed, save the form and send an email it to aptr@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz.

The form will take about 10 minutes to complete.

• I am the ratepayer for the above address.
• The above address has been used for short-term online accommodation during the period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.
• I understand that the above address may be liable for changes in rates.
