The Storm Recovery Navigation Service closed on 19 December 2025.
Our Navigators have supported more than 2100 whānau Extended family, family group, a familiar term of address to a number of people. Also the primary economic unit of traditional Māori society. since the service started in September 2023. Many of these whānau have moved forward in their recovery journey and no longer need the service.
If you are on the Category 2P, Category 3 or disputes recovery process, you can continue to contact the team that has been assisting you.
