The Devonport Community Recycling Centre is run by Resource Recovery Devonport.
The centre also has a makerspace run by Ann Langis called Noughty Wasters. Noughty Wasters is a creative upcycling initiative that:
- provides zero-waste education
- helps change how we think of waste.
Before you visit
Contact the centre in advance about:
- bulky items or large batches
- items that need extra handling or preparation
- anything unusual or that may need staff approval.
Fees and charges
Fees may apply for some materials or services.
Items that may be accepted
The centre may accept and sell reusable items in the on-site reuse shop if they are in good condition. This supports sustainability in the community and gives used items a second life.
