Non-residential properties can request rubbish and recycling services.
For most of Auckland, we collect rubbish in council wheelie bins.
For the inner CBD, we collect rubbish in council pre-paid orange bags twice daily, once on Sundays.

Recycling services for for volumes similar to household collections are available in Auckland except for Manukau commercial areas.

We recommend that you cancel your rubbish or recycling bin service in early June. When you pay for these services, you pay until the end of the rating year (30 June). If you cancel your service before June, we will not refund you for the months you paid for but did not use.
We provide an inorganic collection service to small businesses once a year. This is for small businesses that pay the minimum base service waste charge in their rates.
