Granting of a community licence at 73R and 87 Monument Road, Clevedon

Pursuant to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977 the Franklin Local Board intends granting a community licence over land at 73R and 87 Monument Road, Clevedon to the Clevedon Agricultural and Pastoral Association Incorporated.


The land is legally described as;
Part Allotment 3-4 Parish of Wairoa NA7A/855 (Part-Cancelled)
Lot 2 DP 67978 NA47A/284
Lots 1 and 2 DP 176480 NA108C/548, NA108C/549
Lot 2 DP 170756 NA104B/510

The proposed licence is for a term of 10 years with a right of renewal of 10 years. The licence is to allow use of the land described above during shows the association holds each year in conjunction with the land it occupied at 107 Monument Rd. At other times the land will be used for other recreational and community uses.
