Proposal to grant a new lease to occupy part of the land at 14 Aberfoyle Street (Aberfoyle Reserve)

​Auckland Council invites submissions from persons with an interest in the following land in the Albert-Eden Local Board area: Aberfoyle Reserve, 14 Aberfoyle Street.

Council proposes to grant a new lease to The Scout Association of New Zealand to occupy part of the land, on which their building is sited, at 14 Aberfoyle Street (Aberfoyle Reserve). The proposed term is for three (3) years with one right of renewal of three (3) years commencing 28 April 2019. 

The property is held in fee simple by Auckland Council under the Local Government Act 2002 and is identified as Lot 17 DP 21799. Section 138 of the Local Government Act requires public notification of leases proposed for more than six months.
