Proposal to grant a community lease to Pakuranga Croquet Club Incorporated

Auckland Council invites submissions or objections from persons with an interest in the following Howick Local Board Area.

2R Bells Road, Lloyd Elsmore Park, Pakuranga

Council proposes to grant a community lease to Pakuranga Croquet Club Incorporated for the land located at 2R Bells Road, Lloyd Elsmore Park, Pakuranga for providing recreation and leisure facilities to people of all ages and abilities to use, ensuring a healthy and active community. The lease is for a term of 10 years with one 10 year right-of-renewal.

The proposal is made under the Local Government Act 2002 in respect of Part Allotment 6 NA542/163 (Limited as to parcels (Part cancelled) and Part Allotment 7 NA52/174 (Part-Cancelled) both of Section 3 Small Farms near Howick and both 1.6187Ha in area by title NA52/174 (part-Cancelled) and NA542/163 (Part-Cancelled-Limited).

The land is held in fee simple by Auckland Council under the Local Government Act 2002.
