Proposal to grant of new lease to occupy the Kimberly Room at 200-206 Gillies Avenue, Epsom

Auckland Council invites submissions from persons with an interest in the following land in the Albert Eden Local Board area.

Kimberly Room, 200-206 Gillies Avenue, Epsom

Council proposes to grant a new lease to the Epsom Chinese Association Incorporated to occupy the Kimberly Room at 200-206 Gillies Avenue, Epsom.

The proposed term is for three (3) years with one right of renewal of three (3) years commencing 11 February 2019. 

The property is held in fee simple by Auckland Council under the Local Government Act 2002 and is identified as Lots 1 to 4 DP 24459.

Section 138 of the Local Government Act requires public notification of leases proposed for more than six months.

Any person wishing to make a submission in respect of the above proposal should lodge this in writing to Tsz-Ning Chung, Community Lease Specialist, Auckland Council, Private Bag 92300, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142 no later than 5pm 10 Feb 2019.

Any information provided to the Council will become subject to the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1977 and may be released by the Council under that Act.
